Decent Positive: The location was perfect! The room its self wasn’t that clean. Toilet paper roll holder was missing and it just looked very outdated. Negative: Outdated room, bed was smelly and didn’t seem very clean.

Great definitely will book this again Positive: The property is great close to the boardwalk beaches many restaurants checking when Great and check out also Negative: Couple of tiles were broken

This was the worst stay I’ve ever experienced, with terrible communication, misleading information, extra parking fees, Positive: cannot find a single thing to like about this property Negative: The communication is extremely poor. Messages are answered only after a full day, and the phone is never answered, even during business hours. The office is always closed, despite the sign saying that someone should be available from 8 AM to 8 PM. The property name itself is misleading. It advertises a “studio with parking,” but the parking is actually paid and quite expensive. The room is in very bad condition. Many things are broken, there is a strong smell of chlorine mixed with mold, and the walls under the air conditioner are stained from leaks. This was a very unpleasant experience and the worst place I have ever stayed. I would not recommend this property to anyone.
