This was the worst stay I’ve ever experienced, with terrible communication, misleading information, extra parking fees, Positive: cannot find a single thing to like about this property Negative: The communication is extremely poor. Messages are answered only after a full day, and the phone is never answered, even during business hours. The office is always closed, despite the sign saying that someone should be available from 8 AM to 8 PM. The property name itself is misleading. It advertises a “studio with parking,” but the parking is actually paid and quite expensive. The room is in very bad condition. Many things are broken, there is a strong smell of chlorine mixed with mold, and the walls under the air conditioner are stained from leaks. This was a very unpleasant experience and the worst place I have ever stayed. I would not recommend this property to anyone.

Un sitio cómodo, bien ubicado y a buen precio. Positive: Lo mejor es la ubicación. La obra en construcción frente al balcón no ayuda ni a la vista ni al descanso, pero no es responsabilidad del anfitrión y es algo transitorio. La respuesta frente a consultas siempre fue inmediata. Negative: Faltaban pequeños detalles como cucharitas para el café, el horario de lavandería abierta es hasta las 16 y corta el día si necesitas lavar, pero nada es tan importante.

I was comfortable and enjoyed my stay! Positive: The location is Fantastic! Had everything I needed in my rental and when I called with a question they always answered.
